Reservations are secured with a deposit equal to one nights lodging. 7 days cancellation notice is required for a full refund. The Garden Room	Who are we? We are dairy farmers from Busby, Alberta. Busby is 40 min. North of Edmonton. We have been farmers for over 30 years and we love it. We also enjoy looking for antiques and spending time with our wonderful family. We have seven children and five grandchildren with another on the way.
What we offer We offer theme rooms with antique beds and décor. We provide a casual and relaxed atmosphere in our beautiful home with many exciting things to do. For those who enjoy the farm life, we offer an opportunity to participate in farm living. Helping with haying, silaging, harvesting, calving and of course milking. In the summer, we offer berry picking, a walk through our English garden, our fishpond and many outdoor games. Including, baseball (we have our own diamond), lawn bowling, soccer, volleyball, washers and croquet. In the winter, you can cross country ski and we have hayrides and on most nights, awesome Northern lights viewing. We cannot forget the beautiful country sunrises and sunsets, gazing at all the spectacular stars in our skies, nature trails and bird watching.	*More Beautiful garden*
The Vineyard Room	More We offer a delicious home style country breakfast, complimentary tea or coffee and homemade sweets along with our famous bumble berry desert. We have quiet areas of relaxation indoors and out. Family rooms for board games, large selections of videos, an extensive library and we have a piano and guitar which can be used for your enjoyment in our music room. Picnic area with a fire pit is also available for singsongs.
